“Sierra Ranch Chili CA began with a simple dream: to build a small spice business around a family chili recipe that had been loved for more than 20 years. Gina Sierra’s original vision was simply to offer samples of the chili at the Fresno Home & Garden Show and sell the signature spice blend so customers could recreate it at home. But the Central Valley’s response was bigger than she ever expected. People didn’t just love the seasoning—they loved the chili and wanted more. What began as a small spice booth quickly blossomed into something Gina never originally planned. Today, Gina and Victor have grown Sierra Ranch Chili CA into a thriving local food business, serving their signature all-meat chili at farmers markets and events throughout the Central Valley, offering catering, DoorDash delivery, take-home options, and, of course, the spice blend that started it all. Through every stage of that growth, their focus has remained the same: great food, quality ingredients, community, and no gimmicks—just great chili.”

“Karen’s grandparents used to make the caramel corn as a holiday treat, and after a few years it became a family tradition. Though after her grandfather passed, Grandmother Marie wasn’t sure if she wanted to continue making the corn, so Karen asked if she could help her grandma carry on the recipe. Marie was thrilled! Marie mischievously responded yes, adding, “Let’s keep it a family secret”. And true to this day, the Carmazzi family has kept it a secret, so Grandma is somewhere laughing and proud.”
