“I’m Kathy also known as Kanning Kathy. I am a connoisseur of all things delicious. From ginger peach jams, flavored salts, margarita cupcakes, my passion is to create treats from my kitchen. Many of my creations have received ribbons and awards in local and regional competitions.
When I am not in my kitchen working on new recipes, you can find me at the weekly, local Farmer’s Market. It is incredibly important to know where our foods comes from, so I spend a lot of time getting to know and working closely with my farmers. They are a wealth of information and often help to inspire my new recipes.“

Baroness Olive Oil
“Baroness Olive Oil is a family owned farm in the heart of the Sierra Foothills in Newcastle, California, owned by Barbara and Don Hare. We take care of our 400 tree olive grove all by hand, that's a lot of love and hard work, but the taste is so worth it! We are very proud to be offering our customers products that are naturally grown and scientifically proven to benefit their health. After our first year of harvesting in 2018, our olive products were so delicious we wanted more, and to share them, so we continue to work hard and bring our finest olive products to your table. We are environmentally conscientious by never using pesticides and we reduce waste by using the prunings off our trees to make our Olive Leaf Tea and Ground Olive Leaf.”

It made me want to keep baking since he loved them so much!”
Alison’s Gourmet Brittle
Alison’s Almond Brittle belongs to Alison DeMara of Ripon and is locally owned and operated.
“It’s a 42 year-old recipe,” she said of her original-flavored almond brittle. The regular sugared almond brittle is the family recipe but she’s also branched out with other flavors.

Fred and Nancy Stewart had a vision to provide the community with a place where hobby beekeepers could buy their equipment locally. The Stewarts then began expanding the business to include local honey, bee pollen, candle-making supplies and gift items.”
